I have over 10 years' experience working in IT and Project Management, and over 8 year's experience in supporting home users and resolving their many interesting and varied problems.

In 2006 I received an MVP Award from Microsoft for my contributions to a number of international technical forums.

Prior to running Delta Home IT,  I have managed an IT Support Company that focussed on the Small Business Sector, and prior to that I have managed the IT Department of a multi-site semi Government organisation.

My first bit of IT training was in 1993 through the Open University, more recently I have done the excellent ECDL qualification, and a HNC in Computing. I am a MIcrosoft Certified Professional and a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, as well as a former Microsoft Exchange MVP. In 2006 I became a Technology means Business Accredited ICT Advisor through the Durham University Business School, and most recently in 2008 I passed the Microsoft Small Business Specialist exam.

Encroaching old age means that I have forgotten most of it already though :)
